We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 7-day no quibble returns policy. If you wish to return any item simply re-package it in its original box and, within 7 days of receipt, call us on 0845 1200 097 to arrange.

All we ask is that you share the delivery costs with us 50/50. These are unavoidable charges from the carrier and for us to absorb them we would have to play safe and put up our prices. We pride our ability to minimise costs and keep these prices low and think this way is fairer.

Of course if there is any fault with the item we shall replace it at no charge to you, call 0845 1200 097 and report any problem and we will sort it out.

Our 7 day no quibble returns policy is limited:

1. Mainland, UK, delivery addresses only.
2. Customers must contact Iconic Interiors by telephone within 7 days and be able to make the return (be in for the carriers) within 14 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted later than 14 days from receipt.
3. No Saturday collections.
4. Iconic Interiors cannot accept furniture that has been damaged and furniture must be in its original packaging.
5. Unless expressly defined to the contrary 7-day no quibble returns policy operates subject to Iconic Interiors Ltd standard terms and conditions.
