Of course, the durability of the Eames LCW Plywood Lounge Chair should be no surprise. Charles Eames was renowned for creating new ways of bending and moulding plywood and plastic to create ultra-sturdy, long-lasting furniture.

The same moulded plywood technique invented by Eames to create the LCW was used during WWII to create aeroplane wings – so have no fear, this design classic is built to look good for a very long time.
